Order Acceptance

All orders placed on Mahil Thari are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment verification issues. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Product Information

Mahil Thari products are handcrafted and made with thoughtful attention to detail. Please review product details, size selections, and customization requests carefully before placing an order. While we strive to display accurate colours, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the natural variations inherent in handcrafted fabrics.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and EMI options. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India through trusted courier partners including India Post, Delhivery, and Blue Dart. Processing time is 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days for Tamil Nadu and 4–10 business days for other states. Delivery during festivals or unforeseen circumstances may be delayed by 3–7 business days. Courier charges are transparent and calculated based on order weight and delivery location.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns or replacements are accepted only if the wrong product or a damaged product is delivered. No refunds are issued once an order is successfully delivered unless it qualifies under the aforementioned conditions. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

Custom Orders

Custom-sized and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you. These orders are non-returnable unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Please ensure all measurements and preferences are accurate before confirming a custom order.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the intellectual property of Mahil Thari. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Mahil Thari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
