At Mahil Thari, we take great care in crafting and packaging each handloom piece. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after placing an order. All sales are final once the order is successfully delivered. We encourage you to review product details, size guides, and customization options carefully before making a purchase.

Wrong or Damaged Product

Returns or replacements are accepted only if you receive a wrong product or a damaged product. If you receive an item that does not match your order or arrives in damaged condition, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order ID and clear photographs of the wrong or damaged product.
  • Our team will review the issue and respond within 1–2 business days.

If the claim is valid, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

No Refunds for Successfully Delivered Orders

No refunds will be issued once an order has been successfully delivered, unless the order qualifies under the wrong or damaged product conditions mentioned above. This policy ensures that we can continue offering high-quality handcrafted products at fair prices.

Return Process

  2. Share your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  3. Our team will verify the details and notify you of the resolution within 1–2 business days.
  4. If a replacement is approved, we will ship the correct item within 5–7 business days.
  5. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
