We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners with carefully packaged handloom pieces.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or festive periods, processing may take up to 3–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Tamil Nadu

  • Metro cities (Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, etc.): 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Other locations in Tamil Nadu: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Other States (Within India)

  • Metro cities: 4–7 business days after dispatch
  • Other locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery During Festivals & Unforeseen Circumstances

During festivals, national holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or courier service disruptions), delivery may be delayed by 3–7 business days. We recommend placing orders well in advance during festive seasons to avoid disappointment. We will keep you informed of any significant delays via email or WhatsApp.

We ship through trusted courier partners including:

  • India Post — for reliable nationwide coverage
  • Delhivery — for fast and trackable deliveries
  • Blue Dart — for priority and metro city deliveries

The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location and order value to ensure the safest and fastest delivery possible.

Courier Charges

Tamil Nadu

  • Up to 1.5 kg: ₹80
  • Above 1.5 kg: ₹130

Other States (Within India)

  • Up to 1.5 kg: ₹140
  • Above 1.5 kg: ₹190

Courier charges are calculated based on the total order weight and delivery location. The final charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID and tracking link via email
  • A WhatsApp notification with tracking details (if you have provided your mobile number)

You can track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order ID.

Important Notes

  • All orders require a prepaid payment — we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Delivery addresses must be complete and accurate. Mahil Thari is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Once dispatched, the delivery timeline is managed by the courier partner. We will assist you with any tracking concerns.
