Yes. Every Mahil Thari piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans. From weaving to tailoring, each step involves thoughtful handwork that celebrates traditional Indian craftsmanship.

Q2How do I choose the right size?
A

Refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If you are unsure, we recommend selecting 'Custom' size during checkout and sharing your measurements in the order notes. We will tailor the piece to fit you perfectly.

Q3Are custom orders available?
A

Absolutely. We offer custom sizing at no extra cost. Simply select 'Custom' from the size options and add your measurements in the order notes. Our team will reach out if we need any clarification.

Q4How do I place an order?
A

Browse our collections, add your favourite pieces to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can place an order as a guest or create an account for a faster experience next time.

Q5What payment methods do you accept?
A

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and EMI options for select banks.

Q6Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A

No. All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods. We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.

Q7How long does delivery take?
A

Most ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom-sized pieces may take 7–10 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch for Tamil Nadu, and 5–10 business days for other states. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

Q8Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across India. International shipping will be available soon. Follow us on Instagram for updates.

Q9How can I track my order?
A

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID to check the status.

Q10Can I cancel my order?
A

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely dispatch. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. Cancellations after 2 hours may not be possible as the order would already be in production.

Q11Can I modify my order after placing it?
A

If you need to modify an order (change size, address, or product), please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. After that window, changes may not be possible as processing begins immediately.

Q12Can I return my order?
A

Returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong or damaged product. No returns are accepted for change of mind. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so our team can assist you with a replacement.

Q13How do I care for my Mahil Thari garment?
A

Handwash gently in cold water or use a delicate machine cycle. Dry in shade, away from direct sunlight. Iron on low heat. Avoid harsh detergents and bleach. Following these steps will keep your handloom piece beautiful for years.
